Training
|
Training today
takes many forms; in talking with all of our clients we have seen
where this “training” has not hit the mark when it comes
to hands on capabilities once the employee comes back from the training.
Most Project Managers have not been through the formal training in
methodology, meeting facilitation or the various skills needed to
run a project from start to finish. The same is true with the Business
Analyst. To that end, we have focused our training in the areas of
Project Management and Business Analyst.
|
Some
of the key elements of our training include
Learning and applying the SDLC methodology to projects
Facilitating meetings (JAD sessions)
Set up a meeting and documenting the outcome
Creating and using the Status report
Creating and using the Issues Log
Creating and using the Project Plan
Creating and using Lessons Learned
Creating Work flow / process flow diagrams
Creating Business Requirements
Using MS Project to track the project
Using your tools or our recommended tools to document workflows
|
We have performed this type
of training many times for our clients. These methods are based upon
our formal training and hands on work experience. Each one of our
Project Management Officers has a minimum of 25 years of experience
which is second to none in the industry.
