Powerline Accesses Projects.
Our specialty is Strategic IT Solutions, but we have competency in
many areas of business and can apply our project assessment expertise
to any IT project. Project management, despite the good work of the
Project Management Institute and the existence of the Project Management
Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), is still an art form. With our talented
associates Powerline takes the ‘art’ of project management
and finesses it into executable tasks. To assist in this effort Powerline
has developed a 12-point project assessment technique that determines
whether or not your project is either “red” (in serious
trouble), “yellow” (having problems) or “green”
(on track).
We are so confident that this assessment will work for your company
that we provide a project review with a formal report of our findings
and recommendations. Powerline’s associates have performed these
assessments so many times before for our clients that we have developed
a “project assessment” template of “best”
practice methodology. These methods are based upon our formal training
and hands on work experience. Each one of our Project Management Officers
has a minimum of 15 years of experience - which is second to none
in the industry.
